Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What is your return policy for surfboards and skateboards?
Hardgoods can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in brand-new, unused condition. Please note that used surfboards or assembled skateboards cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. Certain oversized items like surfboards may have specific shipping restrictions depending on the destination.
How do I know what size wetsuit to buy?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. For the best fit, we recommend measuring your height, weight, and chest circumference as wetsuit sizing varies by brand.
Can I pick up my online order at a local Sun Diego store?
Yes, we offer an 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout for most items. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
