At Sun Diego Boardshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's the wrong size or not the right vibe, we are here to help you get back to the beach or the park with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new, unworn condition with all original tags attached and surfboard traction or hardware still in its original packaging.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box or a similar durable container, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
